What about checklists for documents?

The list of documents required for the submission of clinical trials, according to ClinO, and the list of documents required for the submission of a research project, according to HRO, can be found on the swissethics.ch webpage (Link). 

Documents in BASEC are uploaded to screen 6 (and screen 7 to 13 in case of multicentric clinical trials or research projects). The fields for uploading the documents on those screens adapt automatically, depending on the answers given to the screens 1 to 3. 

It’s therefore highly recommended to answer the questions on screen 1 to 3 in the given order, so that no documents are prepared and/or uploaded unnecessarily.
